Fees for each journey are listed on the respective information pages. Airfare is not included. We do offer the ability to schedule early arrival or late departure dates for those that one or two weeks just isn't enough time in paradise! Call or email for details.
As part of our 'complete' tour package, regular e-mail newsletters will be included featuring tips on training, what to bring, maps/complete itinerary, etc. Our staff also really enjoys hearing from our customers any time they have questions or concerns as they get ready for one of our tours.
Accommodations will be in deluxe hotels and villas that will become "home" to everyone in the group; all lodging is centrally located for ease of rider get-togethers. Amenities include (and vary by location) incredible views, beachfront access, and more.
Single occupancy is available for an additional fee; however, we'll do our best to pair up singles with appropriate "roommates" where so desired. Our accommodations are often so spacious that you will still have no problem finding that private space you might desire.
Custom team clothing, support on the road for the longer "epic" days, several group meals, post-ride socials, massage (on selected tours), and more is included in the fee! Special features will vary by trip and location; come prepared to be surprised.
No bike trip is complete without clothing to take home and impress your friends with. Custom cycling wear is by:
We can arrange to pick up your boxed bike from your home or local bike shop, ship it to the tour start, and have it professionally assembled so it's waiting in your room, ready to ride upon your arrival. When it's time to leave, we'll have it professionally boxed and return-shipped to you. With airline charges of $250 to $350 each way for a bike/tandem, this is a great option to consider. Call or email us for the cost of this option for your particular trip. This also ensures your bike is in good shape when you arrive (airline liability waivers mean there's no such guarantee if you fly with your bike). Of course, you can sidestep these issues with a suitcase-friendly bicycle by:
A 50% deposit is required to hold a spot on any of our trips. Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure. Please keep in mind that all of our trips are during the "high season" (especially Maui) and fill quickly. It's highly recommended that you book early to secure your spot on the tour.
We'll do our best to work with you if an emergency arises that means canceling your trip; however, some of our expenses can't be recouped if we can't find a suitable replacement for you. Our refund policy is based on a case-by-case analysis of a rider's circumstances and particular story; but we'll always refund 90% of fees paid if a tour is cancelled 90 days prior to start. With 30 to 60 days before a tour start, we'll refund all monies paid minus out-of-pocket costs we can't recoup (ie. lodging fees paid upfront, pre-trip planning items, etc.); this typically runs 50% to 75% of fees paid. With less than 30 days before a tour start, 25% to 50% of fees paid can be typically refunded (depending on tour). If we can find a substitute rider (or the person canceling can find a replacement, and they're qualified for that particular tour, and get our o.k.), we'll refund 90% of fees paid. We feel this is one of the most flexible and friendly refund policies of any bike touring business. We pride ourselves on putting together a tour with great group dynamics; this is far more important than taking in an extra rider or two that might not blend well with the experiences or objectives of other riders on a given tour. Travel Insurance from

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all you did for us. You went the extra mile and I personally will remember this trip for the rest of my life, thanks to you and your organizational skills.Jorge Saavedra
