Thanks. I have family in Rio Rancho. Perhaps some day we'll visit and make it an event. We'll bring our Co-Mo Supremo. Joe

Hey Joe,

The century I am referring to is the Durango 100, which is a loop ride starting in Durango, Co, rolling downhill to Farmington, NM, and back up to Durango. Its fast and usually takes place in late July. Google Velo de Animas for info...

Hey Rob,

Thanks for posting an informative review of interbike with a tandem slant! I think we may be in the market for a new rig in the next year, so you give me a lot of things to check out!

We’ve got a great 2-state century here that usually sees a good handful of riders go sub-4 hours. The 1st 50 is down hill, while the next 40 is up and the final 10 back down. The tandems usually set a good pace for the 1st 50 and then we do what we can for the next 40. You’d enjoy it!

Hi Robert,

I'm shopping for a tandem myself (for use with the niece and nephews) ... will probably go with a Co-Motion model.

Cheers, Rob

Thanks Joe,
I'm not sure what '2-state' century you're talking about?

Thanks for the informative review. Makes me want to wait on my next tandem purchase until all the goodies are available! Of course, anyone who has shopped for a computer or camera knows that the device you want to have is always 3-6 months away. Gotta just bite the bullet sometime!
